There’s no way to reset your own password yet. Here’s who can give you a new one, and what to do if you’re locked out.

If you’re staff
Section titled “If you’re staff”Ask your madressah’s administrator. They give you a new login with a temporary password: your staff record, registers and timesheet all stay as they are. Sign in with it, and the app asks you to choose your own password straight away.
If you’re a parent
Section titled “If you’re a parent”Ask the office. They can reset the password on your parent login and tell you a temporary one. Your current password stops working at once. Sign in with the temporary one, and the app asks you to choose your own.
If you’re locked out
Section titled “If you’re locked out”After five wrong passwords in a row, your account is locked for five minutes. During that time even the right password is turned away, with the same “Those details were not recognised” message. Wait five minutes, then try again carefully.
If you see “Too many requests, try again in a minute.”, a lot of sign-ins have been tried from your device or network in a short time. Wait a minute, then try again.
If you’re the administrator
Section titled “If you’re the administrator”Another administrator at your madressah can give you a new login. If you’re the only one, email info@madrasaty.co.uk from the address on your account, and we’ll help you back in.
