Choose its Teacher by searching the staff list. Press Create class.
The teacher then sees the class, takes its register and can write notices to its families.
Add pupils
Section titled “Add pupils”Open the class. Under Students, press Add, then tick each child to add. Children already in the class are shown dimmed, marked Already in this class.
Press Enroll with the number you’ve ticked, such as Enroll 3 students.
You can’t tick more children than there are places left. Check who went in
Section titled “Check who went in”The class says how many were enrolled. If any were skipped, it names them and says why; the rest still went in.
A full class
Section titled “A full class”When a class has no places left, the button says Class is full. To add more, raise its Capacity with Edit class.
Moving or removing a pupil
Section titled “Moving or removing a pupil”On the class, press the three dots beside a child to Withdraw them. Their place is freed, and their time in the class stays as history. To move them, withdraw them here and add them to the new class.
Closing a class down
Section titled “Closing a class down”Deactivate the class on its page. It’s kept, marked inactive, with all its registers.
