Finding your child
Section titled “Finding your child”Press Children. If you have one child at the madressah, it opens straight on them. With more, choose one from the list; on a phone, you can switch between them at the top of the screen.
You only see the children the madressah has linked to you. If one is missing, ask the office.
Each child’s tabs
Section titled “Each child’s tabs”- Overview: the latest of everything. Their classes, their latest register mark and progress, and notices for them.
- Classes: the classes they’re in, and their teachers.
- Attendance: each day’s mark, and any absence you’ve reported.
- Progress: how each lesson went, as the teacher recorded it.
Attendance
Section titled “Attendance”Each day shows its class and the mark: Present, Late, Absent, Excused or Authorised holiday. To look further back, choose dates under From and To, or press Show older at the end of the list.
Progress
Section titled “Progress”When a teacher records how a lesson went, it shows here with two ratings, Behaviour and Attitude to learning, and any note the teacher wrote for you. Teachers can also keep notes for staff only; those never appear in your app.
“You’re listed as …”
Section titled ““You’re listed as …””Under your child’s name, the app shows how the madressah has you recorded, such as “You’re listed as Mother”. If it’s wrong, tell the office and they’ll correct it.
