Ask the madressah before taking your child away, and see their answer in the app.

Open your child’s Attendance tab
Section titled “Open your child’s Attendance tab”Go to Children, choose your child, then the Attendance tab. Press Request a holiday.
Choose the days
Section titled “Choose the days”Choose the First day away and the Last day away. The first day can be tomorrow or any day within the next year. Add a Note for the madressah if it helps, such as what the trip is for.
Press Send request.
Wait for the answer
Section titled “Wait for the answer”The request shows on the Attendance tab as Waiting for the school. When the office decides, it changes to Approved or Refused. If they’ve added a note, open the request to read it.
A refused request also appears on Home, under Needs your attention, so you don’t miss it.
If it’s refused
Section titled “If it’s refused”The madressah’s reason is shown exactly as they wrote it. Your child is expected in class on those days. If you’d like to talk it over, contact the office.
Changed your plans?
Section titled “Changed your plans?”Open the request and press Withdraw this request. The madressah is no longer asked, and your child is expected in class on those days.
Away today?
Section titled “Away today?”A holiday is asked for in advance, from tomorrow onwards. If your child is away today, report an absence instead.
