Correcting an earlier register

Take a register you missed, or change a mark after you’ve submitted. You can go back up to a week.

Updated 5 October 2026

  1. Go to Attendance. Today’s board ends with Still outstanding: any register from the last 7 days that nobody has taken yet, with a count beside it. Press it to open the list.

To change a register that was taken, step back to its day with the arrow beside the date at the top. Back to today brings you home again.

Each row names its date, so you know which day you’re filling in.
  2. Open the class. The register shows any marks already given, so you only change what was wrong. Mark everyone else as you would on the day.

  3. Press Review and submit, add any notes the review asks for, then Submit register. What you submit replaces what was there, so nobody is counted twice.

The register says why at the top, in one of these words:

  • The madressah does not run on this day, so no register is expected. Nothing to take.
  • This class did not run, with the reason given when it was closed. Nothing to take either. If the class did run after all, ask an administrator to remove the closure.
  • This register can no longer be changed here. An administrator can still amend it. It’s more than 7 days ago. Ask an administrator, and tell them what needs changing.

A register for a day that hasn’t come yet

Section titled “A register for a day that hasn’t come yet”

There isn’t one. The board stops at today, because tomorrow’s register isn’t late, it just isn’t due.
