Your phone number, address and email
Section titled “Your phone number, address and email”Tell the madressah office whenever they change. They update your record, and it’s used straight away, for example the next time they need to ring you.
Who can collect your child, and who to call in an emergency
Section titled “Who can collect your child, and who to call in an emergency”The office records who may collect each of your children at home time, and who to ring in an emergency. Staff use this to decide who they can hand your child to.
Tell the office straight away about any change, such as a new childminder, or someone who should no longer collect your child.
The email you sign in with
Section titled “The email you sign in with”Your sign-in email stays the same even if the madressah’s contact email for you changes. To sign in with a different address, ask the office.
How you’re recorded
Section titled “How you’re recorded”On each child’s screen, the app shows how the madressah has you recorded, such as “You’re listed as Mother”. If that, or anything else about your child, looks wrong, tell the office.
