For the office

The Overview

The first screen after you sign in: today’s registers, who to ring, and the newest notices.

Updated 5 October 2026

The top card answers one question: has everyone been accounted for today? It says No registers taken yet, how many classes have been taken so far, or Everyone is accounted for, with today’s marks counted underneath.

Press Take the register (or View registers once they’re all in) to open the attendance board.

On a day the madressah doesn’t open, the card says The madressah is closed today, with the reason if it’s a closure.

When a child is marked absent with nothing from home to say why, a line under today’s card says how many children there are to ring. Press it to open the call list: see Following up unexplained absences. The line isn’t there when there’s nobody to ring.

The three newest notices sit underneath, with how many you haven’t read beside View all, which opens the noticeboard. If there are none yet, it says Nothing on the noticeboard yet, and pressing that starts one.

If notices have been written but not sent yet, a line says so, such as 2 drafts not sent yet. Press it to see them on the noticeboard.

If notices can’t be loaded for a moment, that part simply doesn’t show; the rest of the Overview still works.
